Primary Care Physician - Kansas City, MO

COMPENSATION: $270,000 BASE, TOTAL POTENTIAL $324,000 + Full Benefits

We're a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. We deliver top-tier care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. Our approach emphasizes continuity of care and respect for patients, their families, and communities. The center offers Uber/Lyft transportation for non-drivers, as well as free activities like exercise and art programs for seniors to promote better health.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base $270,000 + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
2. Bonus based on: 1. Patient satisfaction 2. Living company values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
3. Primary Care - Outpatient
4. Start date: May 2025, with the new center opening
5. Model: Value-Based Care
6. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
7. Average patients per day: 10-12
8. Panel size: Max of 650
9. Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
10. Call schedule: Rotational, based on number of providers in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
11. Support: Dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, with full leadership support

Requirements:

6. Proficiency in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
