Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

This Family Medicine position offers a competitive compensation package, including a $300,000 base salary, bonuses, and academic opportunities if desired. The role is located in a rural community just 15 minutes from a hospital that supports Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine residency programs. The incoming physician will have numerous options to tailor their practice.

The community has a significant need for primary care, with 50% of residents lacking a primary care physician, ensuring a busy and fulfilling practice.

Position Details

• Hospital Employee, Outpatient only
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Call Ratio: 1:6
• Salary Range: $290,000 - $300,000 with earning potential up to $350,000
