Job description

Fully remote, 100% telemedicine position

This role is also available as Part time.

We are seeking Telemedicine Physicians to join our care team. In this role, you will provide support to members and help expand our services nationwide. Our services are offered to large and small organizations, hospital systems, insurance companies, third-party administrators, and the retail market.

1. Responsible for meeting, assessing, and diagnosing patients via telehealth, providing healthcare services that meet the applicable standard of care.
2. Prescribe appropriate medication, health regimes, and lifestyle adjustments to aid recovery, prevent future health issues, and promote healthier living.
3. Conduct patient consultations to address issues such as urgent care, mental health (talk therapy), and women’s and men’s health.
4. Patients range from 18+ years, including teens and adults, via video or call.
5. Consultations are available weekdays and weekends (7 am - 10 pm) in your time zone. Physicians are reimbursed for no-shows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an in-person (non-telehealth) primary care setting for Visual Primary Care Providers.
• Minimum of 18 months of clinical experience post-residency, including prescribing medications, treatments, and health regimes.
• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited healthcare institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required for Virtual Primary Care providers.
• Valid State Medical License.
