A prominent family medicine provider in the community has retired, opening a position at a thriving and well-respected hospital system for an incoming physician to take over an existing patient panel. This family medicine practice is located 50 minutes from an Indiana metro area and benefits from a large in-house referral system across multiple specialties. You will have autonomy in your practice, a voice within the organization, and a work/life balance that physicians often seek. Additionally, you will be compensated generously for your contributions.

The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine physician with an active Indiana medical license or the ability to obtain one. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Salary starting at $275,000, with increases based on experience
