Opportunity:

1. Join a well-established department of over 20 providers (including APPs).
2. Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine with in-office procedural capabilities, full lab, imaging, and diagnostics.
3. One-year track to shareholder status.
4. Minimal call responsibilities (only 2-3 weekends annually).
5. Large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two FM residencies & IU School of Medicine.

Compensation Details:

• Lucrative guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential and recruitment incentives, with earning potential over $300K.
