Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $222,000 - $344,000, negotiable based on experience

Additional Responsibilities

Provides leadership for clinical operations, including administrative direction and patient care involvement. Will see patients 3-4 days per week, determine staffing needs, supervise clinical providers, and support financial oversight for budgets and operations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD, licensed in Maryland
• BLS/ACLS certification, CDS & DEA licenses
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in an FQHC or similar setting
• Leadership experience in a prior role
