Primary Care Physician - Chicago, IL

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k + Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role

• Compensation: Base $250k-$270k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in; typically within 12-18 months; 65% have made partner after 1 year
• Patient load: 18 patients per day
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance with administrative time included
• Small patient panel: max 450 patients
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient care
• Support team: dedicated MA, scheduler, referral specialist
• Patient population: seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
• Focus on Value-Based Care
