• 23 Total Providers - 10 Physicians and 13 APPs
• Recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as Tier 5 Patient-Centered Primary Care Clinics (the highest level)
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer

• Guaranteed base salary for the first year, then RVU-based. A 36-hour work week would make $300,000 guaranteed!

About the Position: Family Medicine

• Client is open to a 28, 32, or 36-hour work week
• Call is split among all 23 providers; physicians always take call on Sunday
• Extra shifts available at $125/hour
• 18-22 Patients per day
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer
• eClinical Works EMR. Will provide a Dragon Medical One license if desired
