Practice Details:

• Position: Family Medicine Physician
• Location: Findlay, OH, near Toledo.
• Practice: Outpatient clinic affiliated with a 150-bed Level III Trauma Center.
• Schedule: 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 call.
• Flexible scheduling options: 3x12-hour, 4x10-hour, or 5x8-hour shifts.
• Sample schedules include: 7am-7pm Mon-Thu, 7am-5pm Fri, 4-hour Saturday shifts, or 12-10 hour days in a 28-day cycle.
• Welcoming residents, fellows, and experienced physicians.
• Utilizes Cerner EMR; in-house hospitalist services available 24/7.

Candidate Profile:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.
