Job description

We are currently looking for a BC/BE family medicine physician to join Blackhawk Medical Group, a well-established family medicine practice in Danville, CA (East Bay - San Francisco Bay Area).

1. Our practice offers a collegial environment with 4 family medicine physicians, 1 internal medicine physician, 1 pediatrician, 5 physician assistants, and 3 nurse practitioners supported by experienced MAs, scribes, and administrative staff.
2. We seek a physician who wishes to establish roots in the community and stay long-term, as we pride ourselves on a team culture. Many of our providers and staff have been with us for 10-15+ years.
3. The incoming physician will primarily see patients at our main primary care office, with access to our walk-in clinic supported by experienced advanced practitioners for immediate care services.
4. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no evenings or weekends.
5. Blackhawk Medical Group is part of BASS Medical Group, a multispecialty network with over 465 providers across 42 specialties, providing strong support and referral networks.

Salary and Eligibility

California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Washington residents only: The salary range for this role is $275,000 to $300,000 in base pay, excluding bonuses or benefits. The final offer will depend on experience, education, and location.
