About this Role - Family Medicine

• Join a team of 3 physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners
• Practice hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with flexible scheduling
• Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Shared call schedule: 1:9 with Nurse Triage System
• Provide oversight to 2 Internal Medicine NPs
• Common diagnoses include wellness visits for children and adults, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure

Background Desired - Family Medicine

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD/DO degree
• ACLS/BLS certification
• Indiana Medical License or in progress
