This permanent, full-time position is with a growing and well-established community health center near Crandon, WI.

The facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Medical, dental, optical, behavioral health, rehabilitation, podiatry, pharmacy, lab, radiology, and other community health programs.

Details of the position include:

• No call, no hospital rounding, no OB, no weekends
• Work schedule: 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday) with pay based on a 40-hour week
