• ACLS (AHA) certification - REQUIRED

• DEA license - REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and licensing history - REQUIRED, NO EXEMPTIONS

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with potential for additional income through productivity incentives

• Starting bonus of up to $75,000 paid in the first paycheck
