Seeking a Family Practice physician for a Community health organization in Chicago.

This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Illinois.

The office includes Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Dentists, and OB/Gyn. It is a modern office with lab testing, staffed with Family Nurse Practitioners and a Practice Manager, and features a comprehensive onboarding process.

100% outpatient practice with reasonable patient volume.
