The team at Bon Secours Chester Family Medicine is inviting a new Family Physician MD/DO to join us!

Located on Iron Bridge Road, we're just off Route 10 and close to State Route 1 and I-95 in the fast-growing area south of Richmond.

• Position is open to Experienced AND New Grad physicians with a passion for primary care
• Physician will care for patients of all ages
• Full-time position - flexible to either 4-10's or 5-8's - 36 clinical/4 admin hours weekly
• 18-20 patients per day, depending on patient need, after ramp-up period
• EPIC EMR and MyChart for Telehealth/virtual health
• 100% outpatient, no hospital responsibility
• Call schedule is 1 day per week, with rotating weekends, shared by the practice provider team
• 1:1 NP:CMA/LPN ratio
• Support and mentorship from 1 Physician/Medical Director and 2 APCs in practice
