Job description

Client seeks Physician for the following dates: June 6, 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20 at their Corporate Health clinic in Catoosa, OK.

The provider will see patients aged 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 60-minute lunch break from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and have at least 3 years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
