Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Birmingham, AL.

Position Highlights:

1. Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2. Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
3. Bilingual proficiency where applicable
4. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
5. Deliver high-quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages costs, and provides an excellent experience for adults on Medicare in underserved communities
6. Support resources to assist you in providing outstanding care
