Clinical Role:

1. Seeking a physician board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
2. DEA - Required
3. 100% Outpatient
4. Admin time
5. Schedule:
   • Monday - Friday
   • Telephone call shared with physicians and APPs
6. Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
7. Average Daily Census: 12-15
8. Full Staff: MA, RNs, and Midlevel support
9. On-site laboratory and radiology
10. The Focus Is on Patient Care, not RVU's or High Patient Volume
11. Value-based care model
