Job description

A fantastic Indian Health Hospital in Western Alaska is seeking a qualified and dedicated Family Practice Physician for a full-time, permanent position. Details are as follows:

Family Practice Physician Opportunity:

1. Minimum Starting Pay: $261,248 annually, exempt
2. Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (three years), $35,000 (two years)
3. Relocation Assistance: $15,000 (individual), $20,000 (family)
4. Retention Bonus: Percentage of annual salary (Inquire about this!)
5. Performance Bonus: $75,000 annually, paid quarterly at $18,750

The Family Practice Physician will provide medical care to an Indian population of all ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications:

1. Graduated from an accredited Family Practice program.
2. Board Eligible / Board Certified in Family Practice.
3. Ability to obtain Alaska Licensure after hire.
