Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine completed.
• Board certification ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Current, valid Alabama Medical License.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Treat a wide range of medical conditions in a primary care setting.
• Develop long-term, personal relationships with patients.

• Clinic Hours are Monday Saturday (3 days a week / 12 hour days)

Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
• Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required.
• Valid DEA required.
• Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.
• Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
