Family Medicine or Internal Medicine South Bay Area, Los Angeles County

A well-established, 200-provider multi-specialty medical group is seeking full-time Primary Care physicians for multiple outpatient locations in Agoura Hills, West Hills, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, and Torrance.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient only no inpatient responsibilities
• Monday to Friday (8 5) or 4-day workweek option
• Optional full-spectrum Family Medicine including women s health (no OB)
• Light call schedule (1:10) shared among providers
• Work with a tight-knit, collaborative team of 11 healthcare professionals
• PSLF-qualified employer (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base compensation: $300,000 $350,000
• Additional incentives for productivity, quality, call coverage, and extra shifts
