Job description

Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician needed for a full-time, permanent position in the Abilene area. This opportunity offers practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius. The client will consider both residents and experienced physicians. Candidates must be licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure.

This is an employed, solo position with an attractive first-year salary of $241,000, plus a lucrative incentive program, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation and house hunting assistance up to $20,000. Additional benefits include potential student loan repayment, a monthly training stipend for up to 24 months, a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, critical illness, life insurance, retirement, 30 days of PTO, 18 weeks of sick leave), $2,000 Texas license fee reimbursement, malpractice coverage from day one including tail coverage ($1M/$3M limits), CME allowances of $5,000 per year with 5 paid days, and community and regional marketing support.
