Lake Health District in rural Oregon is seeking a Family Practice Obstetrics (FPOB) physician to join our dedicated team and expand obstetrical and primary care services for the communities we serve.

This full-time position offers typically 08:00am–05:00pm, Monday–Friday, with flexible schedule as needed, and the opportunity to provide patient-centered care in our Clinic and Critical Access Hospital, helping families across the region.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a satisfactory background investigation.
• Successful completion of a 500-hour probationary period.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen upon conditional offer.

Position Details

FPOB-Lake Health Clinics, Full‑time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am‑05:00pm, Monday‑Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.

Position Summary

Employment Requirements

1. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
