Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Job Location: Massachusetts

Job Type: Full-time, Outpatient Only

Schedule: Flexible, 36 hours per week (nine 4-hour sessions)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice. Physicians will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position requires an ability to handle a moderate caseload and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages, including wellness exams, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions.
• Manage a caseload of 12-20 patients per day.
• No procedures required for this role.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with medical staff and colleagues to develop treatment plans and patient care strategies.
• Stay current with medical guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Up-to-date CSR and DEA licenses required.
• Ability to obtain a Massachusetts medical license if currently unlicensed in the state.
• Experience with EPIC EMR or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
