Physician-led and managed with 250 outpatient clinical practices and more than 3900 providers; affiliated with a not-for-profit acute care health system in Atlanta Metro. A strong referral network directly supports primary care. Walk into a turn-key practice of established patients. Primary Care practice. Outpatient clinic (M-F, no weekends).
