Position Highlights:

1. Join a team of 14 primary care providers, practicing full-scope, cradle-to-grave family medicine in a brand-new 20,000 sq ft facility with excellent subspecialty support.
2. Enjoy a high quality of life with a 1:7 call rotation; providers have a half-day of clinic during call days (10 am - 3 pm).
3. C-sections are optional.
4. Utilize Epic EMR and dedicated clinical support staff to enhance clinical efficiency and patient interaction.
5. New graduates are encouraged to apply; experienced providers are available for mentorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Base salary starting at $305K+, with a $210K sign-on/retention bonus and over 8 weeks of PTO.
2. Potential earnings exceeding $450K.
