Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Core Faculty member with obstetrics experience to join our passionate team in southwest Wisconsin.

Highlights:

1. Must have a strong interest in teaching
2. Precept on average four to five half days per week in the residency clinic
3. See your own patients in clinic two to three half days per week
4. One half day per week of administration time
5. Four-day work week (unless on call/delivering)
6. Participate in mentoring and didactic activities
7. Participate in educational activities such as simulation, procedural workshops, and other educational activities
8. Participate in academic interests such as research as deemed necessary by the Program Director
9. Participate in regular faculty meetings
10. Participate in the Clinical Competency Committee (evaluating residents) and the Program Evaluation Committee
11. Obstetrical call (q5-6), newborn and postpartum care
12. Prior teaching experience and faculty development training are preferred but not required
