Job description

Join a 19-provider Multi-Specialty Group east of Des Moines, Iowa, that is seeking a Family Medicine physician with OB and C-section capabilities.

Practice Details

• The group currently has 2 female Family Medicine physicians with OB/CS experience.
• Work schedule: 4.5-day workweek; a 4-day workweek could be negotiated.
• Clinic hours are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
• Facilities include a beautiful 17,000 sq ft office.
• The group delivers approximately 200 babies per year.
• C-section call is 1:3.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranges from $265,000 to $298,000, depending on work schedule, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Partnership track available.
• $100,000 signing bonus paid over 4 years.
