Chestnut Health Systems in Granite City, IL is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their multidisciplinary team of caring and quality professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of the patients they serve.

• Outpatient only
• Compensation: $300,000 per year

Chestnut Health Systems is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to helping medically underserved patients. The physician will have the opportunity to work in a newly renovated 78,000 square foot facility with modern equipment, an on-site pharmacy, and lab services.
