Independent Emergency Physician Group is expanding nationally. This practice is 100% supported and financed by physicians. They are a zero-debt company.

Per client, our scheduling is fair and equitable with all providers. Shifts are 12 hours, with 6-7 physician shifts daily and 4 APP shifts daily. Scribes are provided per physician.

Compensation is 100% RVU-based. Malpractice insurance is provided. The position is as an independent contractor (1099). A physician lounge offers complimentary breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

Facility details:

• Regional Medical Center - 190-bed community hospital
• Annual ED volume: 89,500
• Level III Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, STEMI Center, Helipad
• 24/7 ultrasound, CT, and MRI services
• 24/7 radiologist interpretation and intensivist coverage
• 35 ED beds and a separate fast track zone

Support and transfer capabilities include Pediatric and OB/GYN transfers, as well as higher-level transfers to USC Medical Center, UCLA Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and Loma Linda University Medical Center. In Fall 2023, the group was awarded an A grade for patient safety by Leapfrog.
