Hospital is seeking a non-operative sports medicine fellowship physician for our established practice in Northeast Nebraska. The role focuses on expanding our non-operative sports medicine orthopedic services and fostering athletic partnerships in the area. Our team includes three physicians, a podiatrist, and skilled advanced practice providers. The position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including limb and back pain, and mobility issues.
Applicants should be BE/BC in sports medicine with MD/DO credentials, residency in IM, EM, FM, Peds, or Neuromusculoskeletal or rehab medicine, and fellowship training in sports medicine.
Our hospital provides athletic training services to multiple schools and a community college, with a dedicated team committed to athlete health and safety. Additionally, a new 260,000 sq ft, $55M fieldhouse is under construction, set to enhance community wellness with various sports and recreation facilities, expected to open in early 2024.
We have also added a Sports Performance Center, offering science-based, results-driven training programs, including high-performance groups for young athletes, utilizing advanced technology and personalized evaluations.
