Practice Locations

1. Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience or training in Sports Medicine is preferred. The practice sees 24-30 patients per day, with an equal split between Family Medicine and Sports Medicine. Services include guided ultrasound injections, concussion treatment, and plain X-ray on-site. The position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and involve regular interaction with them.
2. Traditional Family Medicine Practice: Care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients. Providers must be willing to see patients aged 5 years and older.

Additional Details

• Expected patient volume: approximately 20 patients per day (non-negotiable).
• Schedule: Full-time, negotiable depending on practice needs and staffing.
• On-call duties: 3-4 days per month.
• Coverage: 10 Mid-Level providers across the organization.
• Exam Rooms: 2-3 per physician, depending on the location.
• Emergency Supplies: Defibrillator, airway management tools, IV supplies, etc.
• Facilities: Lab and X-ray onsite.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC.
• Location: Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
• Note: Not accepting Locum submissions.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.
