Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under established protocols or physician supervision.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostics and treatments.
• Complete in-depth nursing assessments and document care.
• Provide patient and family teaching to promote health and disease prevention.
• Coordinate lab/diagnostic procedures and follow up on results.
• Maintain accurate patient records including symptoms, plan and actions.
• Assist with phone triage and care coordination with the physician and team.
