Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks an experienced Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive medical care in a well-established practice. This full-time position emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.

You will diagnose, treat, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain high-quality documentation while staying current with CME requirements.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
  • Current or eligible Washington state licensure, unrestricted DEA and NPI.
  • Proficient in EMR systems, with strong clinical decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.
  • Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.

Responsibilities
