Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care group affiliated with a local hospital. The role involves providing 100% outpatient family medicine care with no hospital duties. Enjoy a 4-day work week with no weekends, and a guaranteed minimum salary of $290,000, with physicians averaging $350,000 annually for a manageable patient load of 18-22 patients per day.
The practice offers opportunities in Behavioral Health, Prevention & Wellness, Chronic Care, Surgical Procedures, and Laboratory Services, utilizing EPIC EMR. Call coverage is light at 1:6, primarily backup for residents. The group can support J1 and H1B visa candidates. Benefits include $100,000 in loan forgiveness or retention bonuses.
