Job Overview:

• Greet all patients, vendors, team members, and visitors professionally and cordially.
• Communicate with patients in a friendly, confident, and courteous manner to foster a personalized care environment.
• Be knowledgeable about WFHC services.
• Provide episodic and chronic care, screening, and educational assistance to clinic patients.
• Recognize and respect the diversity of the patient population, treating all warmly and kindly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality service.
• Follow current evidence-based guidelines and procedures in providing quality care.
• Perform vaccinations and diagnostic screenings according to agency protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including peer review.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with medical practices.
• Provide general medical care within the legal scope of practice as per California law.
• Work with medical affairs and administration to develop protocols compliant with California laws.
• Participate in chart review, peer review, and quality improvement efforts.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate medical or social resources.
• Comply with clinical reporting requirements.
• Follow up with patients as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
