We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Practice Physician who values meaningful patient relationships and community-centered care. This physician will serve as a trusted partner in their patients’ health journeys, providing preventive care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, and guiding families through every stage of life. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, symptoms, and preferences.
  • Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies as appropriate, monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Perform medical procedures and surgeries with precision and adherence to established medical protocols and standards.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and pharmacists, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, examination results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Stay informed about advancements in medical research, technologies, and treatments by attending conferences, seminars, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
  • Adhere to medical ethics, legal regulations, and professional standards of practice in all aspects of patient care and interaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer reviews to enhance the quality and safety of healthcare services.
  • Furthermore, provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, residents, and students through mentorship, supervision, and teaching activities.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, etc.).
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or medical practice.
