Job summary

Sanitas Medical Center is expanding its Family Practice team in Arizona and seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide compassionate primary care across multiple locations. This Monday–Friday role offers a patient-centered environment with no regular evenings or weekends in most locations.

You will work with a collaborative care team to conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans while educating patients on prevention and wellness.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
• Primary care experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
