Job summary

Sanitas Medical Center is expanding its Family Practice team and seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This on-site role is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends in most locations, promoting work-life balance.

You will perform health assessments, diagnose conditions, and educate patients on preventive care while coordinating with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active state NP license required.
• Primary care experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
