Primary Care Opportunity making over $320,000 in Tulsa, OK

COMPENSATION: $260,000 BASE, TOTAL POTENTIAL $324,000 + Full Benefits

The center provides Uber/Lyft services for those who don't drive, and offers activities such as exercise and art programs for seniors to promote better health at no cost to the patient.

Role:

1. Compensation: Base $260k to $270k + up to 20% of base salary in bonuses
2. Bonus based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the company's values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
3. Primary Care - Outpatient
4. Start date: New center opens May 2025
5. Model: Value-Based Care
6. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, hypertension)
7. Average patients per day: 10-12
8. Panel size: Max of 650
9. Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
10. Call schedule: Based on number of providers in the market (e.g., if 32 physicians, then 1:32 weeks)
11. Support: Physicians have their own care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, and full leadership support

Requirements:

1. MD or DO

6. Proficiency in PC skills and office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
