Job Opportunity for Physicians in South Carolina

Looking for a flexible role that allows you to set your own schedule and earn more as a collaborating physician?

We are offering a one-time signing bonus to South Carolina-based physicians who are willing to credential with us, sign our collaborating physician agreement, and fulfill all position requirements. Physician collaborators earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must be licensed in and residing in South Carolina to qualify.

In-Home Visits Opportunity

Our clinicians conduct personalized In-Home Health Evaluations, also known as Health Risk Assessments, for health plan members.

• Pre-scheduled visits in patients' homes
• Flexible scheduling based on your preferences and availability
• Additional earning opportunities through our pay-per-test model for visits qualifying for extra diagnostic and preventive tests
• Malpractice coverage during Signify Health assignments

Payment depends on signing and executing the collaborating physician contract and meeting all position requirements. Bonus payouts are at the discretion of Signify Health.
