Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Opportunity in Santa Rosa, California

We have a full-time opening for a Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We seek Physicians passionate about improving the quality of life for our most vulnerable populations and their families, working in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care sectors. We are looking for Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians to care for skilled and long-term care patients.

The annual salary range is $310,020 to $320,040, with additional potential incentives up to $47,230.

Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.

Some incentive estimates are based on potential premium pay.
