Full-Time Opportunities available at multiple locations.

Join a thriving medical practice specializing in the care of elderly adults. The practice was founded over 20 years ago with the goal of providing care to older patients in a positive, compassionate, and relaxed atmosphere.

The team includes multiple Primary Care/Geriatrics physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.

Description of Practice: Homebound, Long Term Care & Hospital work.

Practice Mix: 75% Long Term Care/SNF, 25% (or less if desired) Hospital work.

Night Phone Call: 1:6 (shared equally among all physicians). PAs handle nursing home call. Some hospital rounds on weekends.

Employed positions offering a competitive starting salary plus bonuses (twice a year), incentives, and profit sharing.
