Seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Peoria, IL.

Position Highlights:

1. BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician w/fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
2. Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
3. Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position
4. Deliver high-quality health and wellness care that improves outcomes, manages medical costs, and provides an excellent experience for adults on Medicare in medically underserved communities
