Job Opportunity in Baltimore, Maryland

We are seeking a physician to cover outpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility duties across 2-3 facilities, with an average of 20 patients per day. The role includes strong support from nurse practitioners and scribes for charting. The position offers a first-year earnings guarantee, quality bonuses, and a goodwill bonus at year's end.

Work Schedule & Responsibilities:

• One weekend per month on call, seeing 17-18 patients daily.
• Split days between office and SNF, seeing approximately 22 patients per day in total.
• Morning session: 8 am to 12 pm in the office; afternoon session: 1 pm to 4 pm at SNF.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary: $240,000 - $250,000, with WRVU production incentives.
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance available.
• CME allowance: up to 1 week and $2,000 annually.
• Up to 3 weeks of PTO, retirement plan, health, vision, dental, disability, and malpractice insurance included.
• Productivity incentives based on RVU model.

Additional Support:

• Full transcription support; no EMR note entry or take-home work required.
• Flexible daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, with the ability to set your own hours.
• Work independently as a private attending physician with support staff including CRNPs and PAs.
