• Value-Based Care model working with Geriatrics population
• Small patient panel of 8-10 patients daily

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation of $240,000 - $300,000. Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and paid holidays.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible physician
