Primary Care Physician - Kansas City, MO

Compensation: $270,000 base, total potential $324,000 + full benefits

We are a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving patient lives. We offer top-tier care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. Our patients benefit from greater continuity of care and respectful treatment from staff who genuinely care about them, their families, and their communities. The center provides Uber/Lyft services for those who don't drive and offers activities such as exercise and art for seniors to promote health at no cost.

Role:

  1. Compensation: Base $270,000 + up to 20% bonus based on performance metrics
  2. Bonus criteria include: patient satisfaction, adherence to company values, HEDIS compliance, and reduction in hospital sick days
  3. Position: Primary Care - Outpatient
  4. Start date: May 2025, upon new center opening
  5. Model: Value-Based Care
  6. Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension
  7. Average patients per day: 10-12
  8. Panel size: Max of 650 patients
  9. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
  10. Call schedule: Based on provider numbers in the market (e.g., 1:32 weeks if 32 physicians)
  11. Support: Dedicated care team including MA, scheduler, referral specialist, with leadership support
