We are looking for a Geriatrics Physician to enhance our dedicated Geriatrics Team. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients across eight local nursing facilities.
• Involve in teaching Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in your schedule.
• Manage visit lengths appropriate for a complex patient population.
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities among providers.
• Support team collaboration to ensure the highest patient care standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Geriatrics Medicine, or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Geriatrics experience.
• Experience working with the Geriatrics population.
• Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain.
• BLS and ACLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Preferred: Clean malpractice history.

License and Certification Requirements:
