Join Our Medical Practice as a Physician in Cincinnati and Indianapolis

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and physicians with various levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Annual income for working 4 to 5 days a week ranges from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume.
2. Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend are available.
3. No weekend or night call responsibilities.
4. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had a malpractice inquiry or action.

About Midwest Dysphagia Consultants:

Our mission is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, for patients with swallowing difficulties. These consultations are delivered via a mobile unit, as shown on our website.

We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients. Requests for swallowing studies are routed through our office staff and are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, with same-day appointments possible depending on volume and location. Our staff's working hours are between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily to ensure work-life balance.
