Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a private practice setting with an average of 20-30 patients daily.
• No on-call responsibilities; scheduled for 4.5 days per week.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required
• Local providers- only mileage will be reimbursed- Required
• NJ license in hand- Required
• Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency- Required
• Clean Background- Highly preferred
• BLS Required
• Athena experience- highly preferred
• Worked outpatient in NJ recently Highly preferred
• Provider must be credentialed with BCBS NJ- REQUIRED
